How do I arrive at Hotel Hartness?
Due to the ongoing construction in the Hartness community, we suggest that you enter from Hwy 14, onto Society Street and from there, follow the signage to the hotel. We also suggest you use Waze for directions over Apple or Google maps!

For guests who want to fully enjoy the reception night, we encourage you to use our Hotel Hartness group block link on the 'Travel' page of our website!
Hotel Hartness is conveniently located near both Pelham Road and downtown Greenville, each offering a variety of hotel options and plenty to enjoy during your stay. While we did not have enough out-of-town guests to block rooms at these hotels, we recommend several wonderful options in both areas on the Travel and Accommodations page of this website.
What is Black Tie Optional Attire?
We are so excited to celebrate this special day with you! For the evening, we’re hoping for a black tie–optional affair, which gives you the chance to dress up and have fun with it while still choosing what feels comfortable.
If you’d like to go formal, gentlemen are welcome to wear a tuxedo and ladies a floor-length gown or a sophisticated cocktail dress. Semi-formal is also a wonderful choice—think suit and tie for men, or a cocktail dress, long dress, or polished pantsuit for women.
While we want everyone to feel at ease, we also hope you’ll take this as an opportunity to dress for a beautiful night out. The evening will be elegant and joyful, and your attire will help set the tone for a truly memorable celebration.
Are Children Invited?
We love your kids, but we hope you’ll enjoy this as a well-deserved night off! Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (16 and up), and we can’t wait to raise a glass and dance the night away with you.

Hotel Hartness will have self-parking options available for those planning to drive to the reception.
Are Ubers or Lyfts easy to reserve late-night from Hotel Hartness?
Yes! Uber & Lyft run around the clock to & from Hotel Hartness, and are always easy to reserve, even late-night.
